This facility is family owned and offers a large variety of self storage units. We are located about 1 mile from the McDonalds at the intersection of West Beltline Blvd and Two Notch Road, just before you get to the railroad tracks. All of our storage spaces are easily accessible inside our building. We have climate and non-climate controlled units in various sizes ranging from 5X5X5 to 20X40 to fit your needs. In addition, we also offer professional rental offices that can be rented on a month to month basis starting at 289 per month. That price includes utilities and internet plus plenty of parking for you and your customers. Perfect for a new company or one that may be downsizing. Come by our office between the hours of 9:00 am - 6:00 pm Monday through Saturday and let us show you around our facility. Reggie is our store managers and can help with your storage needs. Climate Control is partially broken; nearly 100 degrees on second floor for days. Loading dock largely blocked by auto repair business in back. Only 2 carts for entire building. Elevator is cargo only—stairs for people—and they lock the elevator when office closes. Hasn’t been cleaned in half a year. Lights don’t all work and wandering through half the building in total darkness to find motion sensor is unsafe. No wayfinding signage at all. Fence and entry door locks don’t look like much. Office lady really nice but the facility is the least nice I’ve ever used.

This is a family run storage and office space business. The managing couple is very friendly, going out of their way to help us. We were moving to the area, so they processed our paperwork remotely. When we got there they brought us dollies to use at no charge, and found us a larger unit when it turned out we needed one (even saving us a little money.)

The manager, Joey, was very helpful assisting my daughter and I in moving our items into the storage unit. The elevator worked fine and it was easy moving our stuff to the second floor unit. The lighting in the storage areas were a little dark. The storage areas were generally clean.

Beltline Storage and Office Center is a good facility to use. The premises are secure and the office is staffed Monday through Saturday which is helpful. The paperwork was easy to complete and the staff seems very willing to help answer any questions. The price for the unit I rented was very affordable compared to similar units at other storage facilities.

first unit had water in it, and lights kept going out. One person manipulated the elevator so we had to go up the stairs the whole time.. We got moved to a different unit due to the water.
