I've never used Bob's storage before and was greatly impressed with Julia, the manager there, from the moment I first spoke with her over the phone. She gave me great customer service and was super friendly and gracious with us. It made me feel comfortable to give them a try for a season. The facility looks safe and it's very clean. Prices not bad either for the facility and the rental of the truck was free with rental of storage. That was great!
